Dr. Jones provided great medical care to my wife and our 10lbs baby boy. . She was very engaged and compassionate. Nonetheless she treated her team of nurses with respect and trustworthiness.
5 stars for my doctor but not for the office staff. I had seen an opening on my chart and took it last minute. When I got into the office I was greeted with some not so kind words from office staff saying that I need to call ahead and to check with them, not MyChart, and that it "messes up her schedule". Was treated like a total inconvenience. Why have that feature to change my appointment online if I still need to call? My bad for being a patient.
