I was very disappointed with my experience at Building Jessica. The price listed on Zillow was completely different from what we were told when we arrived. We booked an appointment right away after seeing the listing, but once we came in, they suddenly said the price had already changed. It felt very misleading, almost like a bait-and-switch tactic. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value transparency and honesty.
We live at the Jessica's for 3 years already. I got to say so far its Good 👍 I saw numbers of negative reviews about it, but I personally feeling happy here. I really like Oscar (manager), who is always ready to help. Anything ever happened, he is right there all most immediately to fix the problem(even during the night time) Ceci (multi- site Community Manager) is also super nice and else helpful whenever we need her assistance. Don’t waste your time looking here. The manager Josh, will promise you a unit over email, make you book a tour, only for them to sign it away to another tenant prior to your tour and not have the decency to let you know in advance. Then he tried to upsell a different unit that was $400 additional. You definitely don’t want to move into a place this shady. Good luck Josh!
Great service
Safety hasn’t been great at all. Car has been broken into, mail has been broken into, and apartment front door lock has now been tampered with leaving it easy to slide open unless slammed shut and maintenance did nothing to fix it because it still “technically works” even though it now gets jammed and is getting wrecked from having to slam it this way.
