Jesse was the most upfront and agents I ever used. He knows the local market and set the expectations on what we should list for and what offers we may receive. His suggestions on how to stage the townhouse, repairs to make and how to dress up the unit to appeal the most buyers were perfect. The marketing and brochures printed were top notch. Did an amazing job! We had immediate postings/updated listings as soon as one came out, which is super important in this market. If we said we wanted to see a house, he was able to get us a viewing within hours. Very responsive and answered questions immediately.
