Two stars because the folks I interacted with here were kind and professional in demeanor. However, my experience here did not make me feel as if I had been helped at all. Also, I felt less motivated to seek psychiatric help elsewhere for fear of a similar experience. I paid $500 out-of-pocket up front for an evaluation with a grad student and waited several months for a follow-up appointment. Fantastic experience with these folks. I've never been to a better therapist.
They do not care for you here. They will make you pay for their receptionist's mistakes and when you call it out they will ghost you for a month and tell you THE DAY OF YOUR appointment that they will no longer work with you b/c of policy…. I wonder what policy is in place for when u get sent the wrong zoom link… canceled on……. when you have been waiting and waiting for help and they put you on the back burner….. NOTHING.
