Its worth stopping to eat, almost as if they are a high class restaurant. I would go there again any day.
Great Place no matter what the occasion – I have been enjoying Jessie Camille's for many years. It is my favorite restaurant and I don't mind traveling to get there. If you are passing through the Naugatuck area it is worth stopping by for a visit. Whether it's for dinner or a special event for a large group, the food and service are always outstanding and there is a lot of variety. Comfortable atmosphere, good food and good service....Great Place! .
Great family restaurant, love the seafood, great desserts – Our favorite place to go. I always enjoy the seafood and salads. The menue has weekly specials and homemade desserts. The service is fast and professional. We go to Jesse's all the time and never get disappointed.
Great to clear out your system? This is a great place to eat if you are constipated and want to clean out your system. Anything on the menu will run through your system like Tijuana Tap water.
Great food and more This is the best restaurant in Naugatuck. The food is outstanding and almost everything is made fresh. You will not go wrong with anything on the menu. In addition to great food you can listen to the town drunk this old guy with a beard who drinks beer from a plastic cup and thinks 50 grand a year is alot of money complain about the price of draft beer, talk about how he thinks he is so successful, and his solution to all the world's problems.
Eh- a bit overrated I don't know--this place is okay, but nothing great. Don't get me wrong--the food CAN be really good (their catering is superb!), but it isn't consistently so, nor is it anything special. Service can also be spotty and I don't care for the restaurant ambience itself.
The first bite said it all We had not been to Jessie & Camilles before and found it quite pleasant when we walked in. Not familiar with the menu I asked the waiter how the ribs were and he could not say enough about them so I ordered them. They are to this date the best ribs I've ever had, as was the steak my wife had. The food was absolutely to die for. If you want a great meal do not hesitate to visit.
Geat Food The food at Jesse Camilles is always the best. Unfortunately, the dining room is very small and the bar is always crowded and loud. The service is good and there is lots of parking even if most of it is around the corner from the door. All of this is minor when you take your first bite of any of the delicious entrees.
Jesse Camilles Restaurant I can still remember the meal. It was a pan seared pork dish with apples and potatoes. Unfortunately, I can also remember the all too flamboyant waiter who sat at the next booth down discussing hair color. He actually sat right down with those patrons, and subsequently, my dinner was quite cold when it arrived 45 minutes later. Really good food, really crappy service! I haven't been back since!
