Our salesman, Preston Foster was just who we needed, not push and very knowledgeable about the products offered by Ford. We simply told him our requirements in a car and he showed us 2 cars, the second being the Ford Edge we bought. His performance during the entire purchase and after is exemplary. We have used Jess Ford many times for service and find their service team excellent. Overall a great experience at Jess Ford and will be going back for all our service needs.
The best buying experience we have ever had. Jess Ford sales consultants are not pushy, informative and will find a truck/car for you if there is not one on the lot. Friendly and accommodating. Really impressed with their customer service, especially Steve Kozlowski; honest and down to earth.
