I go each 6 month to have it serviced, and all the Ford people are very kind. Thank you Tim in Service, thank Trevor for the ride. Thank you to the one of you that maintain my car in shape!
I've purchased 3 pickups from Jess Ford and use their service department regularly. The sales process is timely with no b.s. No hours of haggling in the finance department and no one trying to sell me stuff I don't really want. The sales staff are professional and show respect and I've learned over the years that their word is good. The service department operates much in the same manner. A salesperson always sees if I need anything while I wait. They are always on time and give me the feedback I need about the checkpoints for my rig. I get good service and always feel welcome.

I was involved the the auto industry for 12 years and this was the best/ easiest transaction I have been involved with. From initial contact to having my new vehicle delivered Andrew Seaman was courteous, professional, and extremely prompt. With service like this I can't imagine buying a new Ford anywhere else.
Salesman was great, sales manager not willing to budge at all on vehicle price or trade in value at all .Vehicles look like 4-4.5 online and in person probably a low 3. Disappointing interaction as I thought Jess Ford was better than that.
