Rude calling to just inquire about a senior apartment for my mom. Whoever answered, the phone was so condescending and so unprofessional sounded like she was having a bad day and bothered with any questions. Called today @ 1pm

Horrible. Rent is always going up, the apts are outdated, service is horrible, found mold in my unit, like someone said the repairs are half assed, my cabinet door almost fell on my kids head and what did they do, reattached it and just repainted it. My restroom door didn’t open alll the way, property manager gatekept the laundry room always. Just trust me and everyone on here
