Horrible. Rent is always going up, the apts are outdated, service is horrible, found mold in my unit, like someone said the repairs are half assed, my cabinet door almost fell on my kids head and what did they do, reattached it and just repainted it. My restroom door didn’t open alll the way, property manager gatekept the laundry room always. Just trust me and everyone on here

These people add so many late fees to the rent it's a money making scheme They play mind games with people There South Gate property cevery year they raise the rent the manager there walks around sick all the time without a face mask

Lived at one of their properties for 6 years and at the beginning. They were good with repairs. But the rent was going up and no repairs were being done. When they were being done, repairs were all Mickey Mouse jobs. Just cheap. The property we lived at was very spacious but outdated. Don’t waste your time here.
