We had a wonderful week at Villa Lil! This rental is fully stocked inside and out with everything you may need for a vacation, including beach chairs, bicycles, umbrellas and more. The proximity to the beach can't be beat! The pool is lovely and huge! My grown children had a ball playing pool basketball. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple family units with living areas upstairs and down. This came in very handy with trying to get a one-year-old to go to sleep. Our family just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Lil. The location is perfect; a short walk to a beautiful Avalon beach and close to the shops and restaurants in town. The house is in excellent condition, with comfortable bedrooms, nice bathrooms and lots of comfortable living space for a large family. The pool area is lovely; the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy beach day. Tom is great to work with, very responsive to any concerns and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our family had a fabulous vacation in this beautiful home only a short walk to the beach with a wonderful large pool in the back. Plenty of well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms with two separate living spaces to spread out and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Truly a gorgeous home to vacation with family!
We had an awesome week at this fabulous house! Steps from the beach, plenty of room for our family of 10, - beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, all included. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the plates and pots and pan we needed. Every room is decorated nicely and the furniture was comfortable. After a day on the beach the pool was a great cool off. Tom was a great host - contacted us before our vacation and was available if we had any problems (which we didn’t). I would give this wonderful rental 10 stars if I could.
