I was admitted three times in the last two months and thought the doctors a.d nurses were wonderful.
The new building is BEAUTIFUL and the morale and care was top notch.
It was a pleasure to have been a patient there,the. Care was excellent onlything is I didn't see my surgeon I saw hs partners which was strange to me ,but other then that my stay was GREAT, FOOD WAS AWESOME, an my patient care once again was very caring......
I had a brain tumor, a benign meningioma. I showed up as scheduled on Monday morning. The procedure went smoothly. After recovery I was moved to Neuro ICU. Jayme is a great nurse. Tuesday I was on NW5 where Nick took care of me. By Wednesday afternoon, I was home. A total of 52 hours. Great care at JSUMC
my dad had surgery yesterday, a valve replacement....We were very pleased with his care and were comfortable in the waiting room as well... After surgery he was in good hands with the nurses and everyone was very caring and I felt comfortable leaving my dad in their care... I'm sorry to see all the bad experiences but my family is pleased and thankful...thank you especially to Nancy in cardiac recovery who took care of my dad and was quick to answer the phone to assure me he was doing well.
You don't deserve any awards your Hospital is horrible and your ER is horrendous. Why you built a building and have patients stacked in the hallways of the ER is unexplainable. And your ER Doctor should loose his license. I was billed for an ER room which I never was in, I was placed in a hallway for the entire stay. And left in worse condition then when I came. No one should go there.
