I had my second back surgery in two years at Jersey Shore University on March 17th. My nurse Amy in the pre op area was wonderful and patient with me as she knew my anxiety was high. I stayed three days on Brennan 5 Orthopedics and I want to give a big shout out to Maria and Darrell! They were completely caring and professional. Lastly, I have to thank Dr Salerno, he is a kind and compassionate doctor who really cares about his patients. Jersey Shore is the only hospital I feel I can trust in the area besides going to NYC!

If it was possible to give a 0 as a rating I would. The emergency room staff was horrific. Rude, insensitive, unhelpful, slow, and truly seemed to lack the basic training and knowledge one would need to be in the health aide buisness. My brother described his emergency room experience as traumatizing which should tell you something. Once admitted to the hospital his experience was much better but none the less, even though the hospital is right down the road from his home, we will drive a much longer distance if there is eve... read more
