I’m writing this review not because of the food (even though the food is always excellent) I’m writing it for the excellent customer service I received today. My coworkers and I decided to order subs for lunch via DoorDash. When my order arrived, it was missing more than half the order. Not sure what happened, and frankly I don’t even care. I've always had the best customer service and the kindest counter help at this location! I've had great food and a great experience every time.
I can’t a 5 star, however the manager on the night shift tonight, was so understanding when I told him about the night shift!! No name mentioned and he knew exactly who I was talking about🥰 forever have a customer
My 3rd time at Jersey Mike's and 1st time having a stale Gluten Free Bun. I was so excited to enjoy this sub until I ate the bun staff need to store buns somewhere else and check dates on them.
Damian and the crew give great and friendly service. Food is always fresh and amazing!!
