Everybody is always so nice and helpful at this location and the food is so good! Need to give an extra shout-out to Damien who always goes above and beyond and has such kind energy! We need more shops like this in the Falls...

I discovered what appeared to be pubic hair embedded in the food. This is an absolutely unacceptable breach of health and safety protocols and is a significant biohazard concern. I have documented the incident with photographs and have retained the receipt as proof of purchase. Finding a foreign bodily object in a meal is not only revolting but also makes me concerned about the overall sanitary conditions and oversight at this specific franchise.
NIAGARA FALLS NY I placed an order, and watched the gentlemen with the dreads make my sub he didn't toast and it’s not the first time then lied to me about it. I literally watched him just put mayo and chipotle mayo on it. If you have cameras over the food watch for yourself, I open my sub to find sweet peppers, then he gets an attitude saying when I back track it makes it hard.
