Food is usually okay, they never listen to my changes to the sub. They always make sandwiches how they come. I always wait over 20 minutes for 1 sandwich even though it’s not busy. I don’t think I’ll come back to this location. Too many issues.
UPDATE 2: Corporate got involved and called me directly to address the situation. Courtney was very polite and explained the steps they were taking to avoid this type of experience in the future. I appreciate the customer service provided by her and just might give JM another chance because of that. There was a TOOTH or a piece of BONE in my Philly cheesesteak 🤯 Years going to Jersey Mike’s, including the original location in Point Pleasant NJ, I’ve never seen this happen. This had me shocked when I bit into my sandwich and almost broke my teeth, only to spit it out and see a hard tooth looking thing on my hand! This was the location by ODU in Norfolk where I ordered two sandwiches and mine came with a piece of bone or someone’s tooth. I called the location but they are already closed.
