The food was good, but the employees were weird. I sent my son in to pick up our order and he said they didn't greet him, and there was no please or thank-you. They just stared at him blankly like mindless zombies. They didnt say anything at all, just handed over the order. First time coming here

Got the worst food poisoning of my life 3 months ago, I forgot to post. I can’t eat at this sub shop chain again unfortunately.
You cannot go wrong with JM’s! The staff members are always amazing!
