In order of what I noticed. Ordering on the app 2/5 because it was cluttered with aggressive NFL marketing, but the real hit is that you can’t order any fixings on the app other than extras that cost. The restaurant: 2/5 because of the smell and stickiness of the tables. Service: 4/5 . They were helpful and courteous Music was also nice. Food was great
Staff was so kind and upbeat. Everything looked and tasted so fresh. Definitely my go to location
Rafael did a nice job communicating with me as I was ordering my sub mikes way very great employee.
Ordering was easy and gentleman asked all the appropriate questions and proceeded to make my selection. I stepped up to pay ordering chips and drinks. The lady was very helpful. I found the root beer wasn’t working and spoke to Raphael who asked me to give him a couple of minutes and then to let it run to ensure it was mixing properly. It was fixed shortly. I got my drink and my bagged purchases and left. Overall great experience at this location especially since it was noon and lunchtime crowd. ☺️
This JM is a busy one. As the crew works on a cater order , there is a steady stream of customers coming through the door. The crew is very nice, polite and pleasant even when they are busy! Good service and fresh ingredients.
