I normally prefer Jimmy John’s, but decided to get Jersey Mikes today since they were donating 100% of sales to charity. I placed an online order which was ready quickly and had no trouble picking it up. However, I was not impressed with the sandwich which was disappointing since it was more expensive than Jimmy John’s. The bread was different from what I normally see from Jersey Mikes. Absolutely amazing customer service. Super fast and friendly staff had me in an out in less than 10 minutes despite 8 people in line ahead of me. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
The store manager is an absolute joke. I frequently eat at JMS but this is the second time I’ve had to deal with her sour, unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. Grow up and learn how to treat people. This was the A.M. manager.
