This review is to formally follow up on an incident that occurred during my family’s visit to your restaurant on December 27. First, I would like to acknowledge that the staff was polite and respectful when concerns were brought to their attention. The crew there today was definitely a step up from a about 5-6 weeks ago
My daughter (8) recently was diagnosed with quite a few allergies. Jersey Mike’s is her favorite and she has been sad she hasn’t been able to have it. This location went over and beyond to make sure everything was kept clean while also having a smiling face and ensuring that she felt comfortable eating here! Thank you thank you! You made her day!
