Just unacceptable at Key West store.
Hello, I visited your location today and placed an order for pickup. I chose to sit outside while waiting. During that time, I observed two employees inside drinking soda and moving around the store, but no one brought my order out. After waiting quite a while, I came inside to ask about it. I was told someone had already picked it up. The employees then searched and eventually found my order sitting behind the counter. They appeared surprised that it had not been given to me.
