Second time this has happened. Bread is hard as a rock. First time thought it was a fluke but after it happened again I don't care to come here anymore. Employees were great but no one wants a crouton sandwich.
The staff here are some of the kindest food service workers I have ever met. They are so helpful and are seriously the BEST! I will recommend this place over and over and over.
