It’s so sad when you walk into a business it has six employees standing around and not one of them acknowledges you until you actually say good afternoon. How are y’all? Customer Service is terrible nowadays I won’t be back. It’s sad. All I ask for is actually acknowledging your customers six people standing around doing nothing and obviously that’s too much for this location to fulfill.
Rushed me like no other location I’ve been to before. Joking playing around and skimped on the toppings. There was no one else in there so I’m not sure what the rush is besides joking and playing around but I’m expected to pay full price for terrible service. Again, I’m used to other locations but never giving this one my business again
Great food, but this Jersey Mikes seems to be a tad smaller than other locations

Ashley, the manager, went above and beyond to bring me my lunch. Door Dash fouled the delivery and she had the meal made again and personally delivered it. This is the Jersey Mike's we frequent. Well done, young lady!!
