Just gotta say, I have been ordering steady from this Jersey Mike's for almost 4 years now (1 to 2 times/week) and have hardly ever been disappointed....in fact, I would say they have delivered on the quality of their ingredients 100% of the time, the accuracy of our order, 98% of the time, the promptness of our order 99 %, and the customer service is over the top. Omg. To start, the service wasn’t bad, I could just tell they have had a long day and I always give grace because if we’re realistic, people are entitled to their feelings and a smile isn’t always needed. I work part-time in service, so I completely get it. But whoever made my sandwich, it was the man with long hair, I believe a septum piercing, and gauges….you my guy, have won. I rarely eat subs from shops, being a native New Yorker, we just go to the bodega, but he truly delivered and surpassed the standard. He gave me hop... read more
