Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly.
