I WOULD PUT Zero stars! The office manager is lazy and very unprofessional! Does not want to do her job. I was told that I will be charged for a form to be filled out because she has to walk to the back and look for the chart to have her staff work on the form and have the doctor sign it. Basically saying since she has to go an extra mile there is a charge. That if I had a appointment they would not charge. Saying that the form is usually given day of the check up and cleaning which was not given and now Im being charged for... read more
