Horrible service! The guy wanted to charge me $150 for replacement parts. From the moment I walked in he just wanted to sell me a bike. I messaged on FB and spoke with the a guy over the phone about what I needed and they confirmed they could do it and then once I got there decided it can't be done! I won't go back there. Better service at Grove Street!
What an awesome bike shop and addition to the neighborhood. I went up the hill from downtown when all the other shops in JC failed me in delivering quality repairs for reasonable money & wait. I knew within minutes that Alejandro & Luca have something special going, since then, many bikes later, the relationship is as strong as ever. Kudos to these guys and their employees!
This review is a little overdue. Really helpful and friendly staff. Was gifted a bike and came in to have it fitted. They helped me not only with the bike fitting itself but also understand the different components and options. As a triathlete hopeful, they catered to those interests and made suggestions based on what I was looking to accomplish. Absolutely recommend.
Great people to make business with and also there's almost no wait on any repairs that you bicycle needs and to me that means a lot

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.. They get it done fast , competitive rates.. What more can you ask for.!?!? I live across town but I'll drive out of my way for anything bike related for these guys.
