I’m looking for someone to repair my roof but before hiring anyone I always like to read the reviews. I saw a review from one of their clients and having to take PTO to meet with them and his response was just rude and disrespectful. I rather deal with a company who’s willing to understand that my time is as important as there’s. I have read all the positive reviews but I would never do business with an owner who acts in an unprofessional manner.
BEWARE! DISTURBED INDIVIDUAL WITH SEVERE MENTIAL ISSUES. Extremely rude. Sarcastic and hung up on me for asking about a free estimate. I called to ask about a roof estimate. The guy on the phone told me it was $250. I politely asked whether if there were free assessments since I heard usually they're free. He responded "Well what do you do for a living?"
