Summary: incompetent people (I only realized later that they were not licsened). Misdiagnosed the problem and tried to charge for unnecessary service and pressured us to pay by cash. 1) misdiagnosed source of kitchen sink leak - TWICE 2) claimed that the entire 40-unit building water mains needed to be shutoff to fix a sink problem when the shutoff valves into the apartment were clearly right in the mechanical closet. 3) pressured us to pay cash, offered no warranty for their work. Prompt service at a very good price!! This company surely is the leading plumbing service provider in this area. The employees are very responsive and customer oriented. I highly recommend them!
Outstanding, had my shower going in no time. Plumber was great, in less then twenty min. he was in and out and had the water back on in no time. Very professional in his field.Thumbs up for the great work!
