My surgery here went well but I was not sent home with adequate pain management and they’ve lost my glasses. I’ve called several times and left several voicemails asking if they have them as I don’t want to make the trip. I would like to email somebody but don’t know where to start. I can’t afford new glasses and my backup pair is on its last legs. I just want my glasses back. My husband had surgery here this week and we were very happy with both the front desk staff and the nurses/doctors. They were very kind and diligent.
