Very rude staff
Receptionist very rude and disrespectful
I have been a patient since late 2013. I’ve uncomfortably watched the decline of the office staff and some of the PA’s (they don’t have the best bedside manner and/or don’t take your complaints seriously as the actual Physicians do) pending the day/office you may get a friendly or rude representative then you’ll either get put on hold, told you'll receive a call back and never hear from them or have the pleasure of hearing their personal life conversations.
