Complaint about adminstration and appointments and wait time. Address is used for multiple purposes. Not very disability friendly entrance.
My complaint is with the administration, specifically with whoever schedules the appointments. I was in the ER twice in one month. I was given an appointment for Friday the 27th, then they called to reschedule it for April. I have to wait two months to get an appointment with a specialist. I find it hard to believe that Jersey City's population is so large that there aren't enough appointments available. And if it was a mistake, why wasn't I given an earlier appointment?
