Better than five stars and better than excellent. They have helped me and many others who I know. They provide a tremendously superb service. Under all the stress that they may be experiencing they are always very pleasant, understanding and helpful. It always bothers me when they are out and about with sirens and lights on; that many motorists and pedestrians do not move out of the way further endangering the their lives as they move hurriedly about the city to save lives.

I was hospitalized here for almost 3months the surgical staff saved my life more than once, ICU took great care of me as well as the nurses on the 4th floor. Am very grateful to all the people who looked after me when I it was needed. The only bad thing is the longest waiting time at the ER to be seen by a dr when you are in pain and discomfort it feels like the wait is forever, please try to improve this area, I know things take time but all is well.

This is the worst place to go. Never come to this place!! Worst customer service!!
