great, kind & attentive staff. really convenient to get to, plus parking on a busy JC street. I get the feeling they've seen everything from pets and humans and know immediately how to handle it. I am a new customer, but I instantly trusted them completely to help & de-stress me and my calico. they make follow-up calls, send postcards, and most importantly really give 'the vibe of care'.
Dr. Buchholtz is our go-to vet, providing consistently compassionate, high-quality care. even though I live a block from another vet, I prefer to get in a cab and go to Westside Ave. Dr. B and his staff are the best in the city.
Wonderful place and excellent service by all the doctors. We bring our own pets, plus rescues off the street, and they treat each and every one as if they were their own. Dr. Buckholtz, Dr. Beard, and the rest of the staff are all amazing. The doctors are knowledgable, caring and detailed. Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Buchholz is a very kind, warm hearted, and exceptionally knowledgeable veterinarian and he, along with his professional staff, helped me through a very difficult time that our cat, Lilly had diabetes. He helped my family and I figure out how to incorporate multiple daily insulin injections, along with correct glucose management of food ,into our busy, hectic schedules. I am thrilled to say two years later Lilly is in remission of diabetes and a happy healthy kitty!! Thank you Dr. B!!!
