On May 4, I placed an order with Jerry's Flowers online for the deluxe version of Teleflora's Love Medley Bouquet with Red Roses for Mother's Day. I requested delivery at my mother's home in Tyler for the morning of Saturday, May 7. The flowers were finally delivered sometime after 7:30a.m. on Sunday morning, but looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. I live 4 hours away from Tyler and called several florists to order boutineers for my son's wedding. I was somewhat nervous because I was calling about 10 days before the wedding. Jerry's Flowers was the 4th florist I called, and when I found out they had a person named Raymond that specialized in weddings, I was impressed. My mom and I had met with several florists before going to see Raymond at Jerry's flowers. All the other florists had a few little ideas about this flower or that, but nothing really spectacular. During our first meeting with Raymond, he took my partial ideas of what the wedding could look like with a few cherry blossom arrangements and transformed them into a Japanese Tea Garden. My daughter and I went in to see Raymond at Jerry's Flowers already expecting to go with another florist, but we had made the appointment and decided to keep it. From the beginning, he had a vision for my daughter's Japanese Garden theme. Each time we visited with him he listened and made adjustments that we requested. My father passed away recently and I ordered a casket piece with red roses because those were his favorite flower. It was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Everyone raved about how lovely it was and how much it would have meant to my father, Jack. They made a very difficult time easier by taking care of all the arrangements for me. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered an easel for a funeral & it was beautiful. The flowers were fresh, as if they were just picked. I ordered this for a group & everyone just talked about how wonderful it was & how reasonable it was with so many flowers on it..The easel was about 5 feet tall, just stood out, very noticeable... ...Liz was most helpful. We will use Jerry's again..Thank you...

I can't say enough good things about Jerry's Flowers. Prompt, professional, courteous service by all employees. The owners, Raymond & Liz are very sweet people who make you feel welcome and assured that whatever you order will be of the highest quality and will meet your needs perfectly. I recently attended a wedding that used them and it was gorgeous! I don't know how Raymond can vizualize and bring to life the bride's ideas but it was the prettiest wedding I've ever seen.
