I tried to remove a broken exhaust stud from my Buell XB12XT with no luck. I brought the whole bike to Eric (2nd generation owner of Jerry’s) and he got creative to help make the usually tough stud removal much easier. We put the bike on its side, on a wooden palette with blankets and he fork lifted the bike up to working level - so I didn’t have to remove the cylinder head. Phew! Literally saved the day! 3mm bolt broke off in an LED light and they were able to save it! Even sent us the correct replacement bolts to use! Multiple gererations of knowledge!! Wouldnt recommend any one else!
Great machine shop very experienced in removing broken or sheared off bolts a little bit difficult to find at the very very back of the warehouses
Very professional. He did work on my clutch plate i snapped a bolt. Very reasonable price. Had it done the same day I brought it in. He saved me money
Eric got me out of a tight squeeze with my east coast vehicle. A few bolts snapped during an exhaust job and rethreading was needed. He got me back on track quickly and at a fair price. Would reccomend 10/10
