l have been doing business with Jerry's auto supply for over 25.years !!! There are some ok parts stores in Wenatchee!! However most of the the guys at all of Jerry's Auto supply stores STAND Head and Shoulders above all the REST!! Great guys in the Machine Shop!! PAT& RYAN Don't take a back seat to anybody!!!!!? GREAT PLACE TO BUSINESS!!
Kudos to N. Wenatchee Ave store for service above and beyond. Don't know the fellow's name but it lists the initials hmm on the receipt. I really appreciated the assistance.
I purchased a Stihl chain saw in Moses lake store . First time out It would not run . took it back to the store and and 2 employees there could not make it run . told me there was nothing to do but leave my new saw for the week so they could have a mechanic look at it. NOT HAPPY.....
I have never seen such amazing customer service!! Scott Berschauer in the North end store goes above and beyond even the best. I am forever indebted to him for his incredible care! He doesn't just see problems - He sees people and finds ways to solve their problems. Thank you Scott. Thank you Jerry's... I will never go anywhere else...
