South store is a joke no customer service. Last few time I’ve ordered something it been wrong then when you try to get it right your told there to busy to help you.they wonder why people order on line .

Teach your manager, south end store, and one of his peeps to not argue with a soon-to-be x-customer, who realized he just got over charged by an un-apologetic you, & simply wants the error refunded to him. If you want to keep your customers, don't rip them (me) off. No other retailer would do that then argue about it. Fair is fair. Respect your customers.
I was in the No. End store recently. I think the person who thought move the shelves lately may have made a mistake. Safety? What is the customer doing ?

The jerry's auto supply service here in chelan is above and beyond . the battery terminals for my car are discontinued meaning they don't make them anymore.just when I thought things were going down hill with no breaks one of the employes told me he could make them . he made them to the exact size I needed them. Thank you to the guys and girls at jerry's auto supply in Chelan.
I am forever grateful to this company. Not only do they treat their customers well they go above and beyond for their employees. My brother has worked there for just over a year and half and he has been so lucky to have such an amazing organization in his life. Thank you Jerry's for all your help and support during my brother's recent brain surgery and recovery.
