Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. When I called they answered right away . I felt better after my adjustments and they know how to easily navigate the insurance claim system -- and they do it!
I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've never been late to any of my appointments. Dr. Duvall has helped our family and friends more than I can tell you. He got my husband and I up and moving again from debilitating pain. All my daughters have been helped by his adjustments, my son-in-law, and some friends, also. He's really good at what he does and a genuinely nice guy, too.
