Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions?
