Dr Tsong is everything a patient expects from a physician!
Always an excellent experience! I arrived early and they took me right away. Everyone friendly and professional.
At the end of the day I received a very good medical exam. However, the business is set up a bit like a conveyor belt, which is not my favorite patient experience. Although it’s designed for efficiency, it becomes inefficient when the assistants along the way can’t properly inform you because their primary objective is to move you through the system rather than answer questions in an informed way. My experience yesterday with Greenwich Ophthalmology for my annual exam was a good one. The practice is thorough and efficient. Dr. Tsong is professional and happy to answer questions about potential eye conditions and health. I would recommend him to family members and friend.

The visit was a very positive experience. The technician who cared for me was extremely professional, very courteous, and impressively knowledgeable. Dr. Tsong was OUTSTANDING. He was so impressive- he provided excellent patient education, was very thorough, and was genuinely caring and engaged in the visit focusing on my eye health and well- being.
