Dr Tsong is top notch, straight forward, caring and personable.
Dr Tsong's receptionists were friendly and welcoming. After a very efficient check in, I waited in the waiting area for about 2 minutes and then met my Tech, who was also efficient and friendly. In fact, every tech I worked with has a bright, positive attitude, explaining all tests, removing my nervous worry. Dr Tsong examined my eyes and reviewed all tests and explained all to me thoroughly If you are in the market for an ophthalmologist, I highly recommend Dr Tsong, you can't go wrong with Dr Tsong!
I have not been to an eye doctor for 7 years due to various events in my life. I accidentally sat on my frame and wanted a new prescription. Christopher gave me the initial eye test, administered the Optomap, and even adjustment to the bent frame. Dr. Tsong administered the results to the Optomap retinal screening. Dr.Tsong is excellent both in competence and personality. The associates used for prep and testing were also of a high caliber.
Friendly staff and thorough care.
Wanted to have a thorough diagnostic exam with Dr. Tsong because of a family history of macular degeneration. Checked with my insurance co. to be sure this would be covered as I do not have coverage for basic vision exams. Explained this to the receptionist but she said I would have to have a basic vision exam and to call my insurance company. I am up to date on my regular vision exams, and I already know my insurance only covers diagnostic exams. So no exam.
Dr. Tsong is thorough in his exam and explains his findings in terms most people would understand. He is caring and listens well
I highly recommend Dr. Tsong. He and his staff are excellent. I had an eye issue recently that I was very concerned about. Dr. Tsong immediately addressed it and continued to follow up until it subsided. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Tsong care for my eyes.
Always a great experience with Dr. Tsong, he’s wonderful and so are his staff.
