Car wasn't ready in a resonal amount of time. Had 10am appointment didn't my car until after 5pm.Just a oil change and tire rotation. I was supposed to wait there gald I didn't.
Bought a CERTIFIED used truck 8/8 (2023 3500AT4) with a blown head gasket that seemed to “get passed their inspections”. It’s now 9/3 and there’s been 1 bit of contact from the service team. I’ve had to reach out to my sales team to get anything. There’s still no delivery date communicated to me. There’s been zero communication, and the only reason this wasn’t a 1 star is because sales has given me loaners until my truck is ready.
Humberto the salesman and Mario the financial manager really to care of us we got the truck we dreamed of at a price we could afford! Thanks for ALL your hard work and being patient with us!
