I was given a heartless, unprofessional and unprepared attorney. I could and should have found another law firm, but unfortunately when you have so many health issues that's not priority. My brother is an attorney and was disturbed by the lack of service and professionalism. I'm sure they have competent lawyers, unfortunately I wasn't given one.
I was truly disgusted with the gentleman they sent to represent me. I never met with him, only spoke with him the day before my hearing! His attitude was horrible. I lost my case. I wouldn't recommend this firm to my enemy!!!!
Wonderful caring people who are excellent at their jobs .
Hope you get a good lawyer in the firm and one that cares. Or at least one lawyer. Otherwise you will be in a situation where you settle because you don't trust the people representing you. You are on your own to get an injury you had ten months ago fixed. The doctors they send you to are a joke and if you have a question you're lucky to get an aide if anything. They are in it for their 20%. I would not recommend this firm.

This was the worst firm I have ever dealt with. You never get a face to face with your lawyer, no never get to talk to him on the phone. if you set up a phone conference with him he either forgets to call or calls very late. His staff is not very knowledgeable. You do not get direct answers to your questions. I had several different case managers over the 2 years that I had him. You are just a number to this firm, they do not care about your well being at all. Very unprofessional! Stay away
Outstanding representation. My work related illness and subsequent disability was overwhelming. (Not trying to sound like a commercial here). Called Sam Pond and he had Dave Stern and Tom Giordano handle my case. From our first meeting and right through to it's resolve these two guys were 5*****Professionals. They really do an excellent job helping you in your time of need in getting you recovered from your work injury i would recommend their outstanding law firm to anyone who is in need of the service that they provide.
