Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. I left the appointment feeling much better and more knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and I felt very informed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Dr. House is one of the best doctors I've seen for my hearing/balance problems over the last 4-5 years. I am extremely sad he is retired. The new doct... read more

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was very easy to get an appointment. No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Is this provider's business conveniently located? They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect.
