I never want to go anywhere else sometimes the wait can be a little long but once you're in the room the doctors really take their time to give you the care that you need in my opinion that's worth a little extra of a wait then just getting people in and out through the door as fast as they can I've actually seen all of the doctors there and there's not one doctor there that I have anything bad to say about I have been treated well and felt my time spent there has been worthwhile:) there's also a lot that goes on behind the ... read more
The staff is friendly yes, but it takes up to an hour to be seen for something so simple.. I wanted a flu shot and waited an hour before I had to get someone's attention for the second time. I ended up leaving without getting anything I'd gone in for.
Everyone so friendly and helpful. I was a walk- in and they saw me within 5 minutes. I've been going to Sierra Doctors now for 15 years. They all take the time to listen to you. They do not just see you for 10 minutes and send you on your way. Highly recommend! M. Grant.
These Asshole's sue me over the cost of a shot, that, they and my insurance company approved. This place has gone down hill over the past few years. The doctors and office staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. It's all about client turnaround. I wouldn't take my dying dog there to be put to sleep, let alone any person.
I really dislike the new automated phone system. After sitting on the phone going through all the options, finally found the department I thought I needed, only to get a recording that that person was not available and to leave a message. In frustration I just hung up - didn't have any more time to wait around.
