We are new to Sierra Doctors. Our previous pediatrician was in Grass Valley and we were looking for somewhere more local. I made our first appointment for my 6 year old son to get his yearly Wellness exam with Dr. Rutherford. I had a very warm connection with her and my son was comfortable. I've given this place 3 chances- they'll get you in and take your money but actual treatment is a joke. They do not listen, have or check past records -Literally said " I only have 10 minutes for this exam" Zero compassion- obviously in it for the money. The last time I called for a prescription refill I took over a month to get a call back. If you have another option, I highly recommend taking it.
RecommendedI like this place. The Doctor Jeff awesome. Went over everything with me. The ladies there are nice and I get seen fast. I do notice no bell to get someone to attend to patients. As signing in is good. Just a suggestion. A bell on the door would help. The guy with the beard nice and dark hair lady and blonde hair lady. Very nice. Thank you !! I highly recommended!

Great facility, Dr Topo is awesome! Dr Topo takes his time and goes over everything with you. I have been coming here since late 2016 and I couldn’t ask for a better Dr to see. He listens, takes advice, gives advice and always gives me the option on how I want to handle the issues we talk about. I usually go with what he says cause he’s the Dr and knows best.
