All three contractors appeared to be very well qualified, and Jerry Horton's quote was the best price, although the bids were in a close range. Jerry did an excellent job. He completed the project on time and cleaned the job site after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to call Jerry Horton for my wallpaper needs in the future.
