Dr. Fleishman is very compassion and personable. He goes above and beyond when it comes to the patient care. He makes sure each patient feels he/she is heard and cared for. Whenever, I visit Dr. Fleishman, I feel like I'm being cared by one of my best friends who is expert in his field. I would need a novel to express everything about the BEST NEUROLOGIST on earth. Dr. Fleishman treats me like a person not a deductible. Some docs want to get u in and out of the office as quickly as possible, not Dr. J....he makes time for u and ask u how are feeling not only health wise but about you as a human being. Dr. Fleishman can tell when ur feeling good or bad before u tell him. Dr. Fleishman is an excellent neurologist. He makes me feel like a member of his family when I am in the office, focusing on my illness, and my neurological changes. He is concerned about improving my quality of life at all times. Dr. Fleishman is one of the best doctors that I have ever had the pleasure to have seen.
70 year old with what Dr Curl called a massive rotator cuff tear with 2 smaller tears. Now a year later my repaired shoulder is even better than the other one. Dr Curl is a world class surgeon, who treats you like you are her top priority every time you see her. If you need shoulder surgery you could not get anyone better than her!!
Been a patient for 17 years. Switching to MedStar good for him bad for me. Office staff is incompetent. Since MedStar took over, computerizing is a joke. Screwed up appointments, lack of accountability to doctor, could care less about patient welfare. Everybody is consumed with their computer and rarely look at you. Calls not returned, lab work reporting delayed, hard to get prescription refills done correctly the first time. I am considering finding a non-MedStar office.
I have found since he switched to Med Star the office staff have changed.. I have called a couple of times and have messages and once the call was never returned and the second and third times not returned until next day. Paul Armstrong is an excellent doctor but the only friendly staff member is Lynn.
Dr. Loughney recently performed a routine colonoscopy and he was great. He and his staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I strongly recommend Dr. Loughney!
