I usually don't offer reviews but deemed it necessary for Dr. Tarter. My first visit with him was excellent.. He was very informative, direct and sincere. He knows his stuff and was easy to communicate with. Definitely made the visit worthwhile. Phil R.
Dr. Tarter takes a very methodical approach and tried to resolve my problem with the least invasive treatment possible. He only recommends surgery after he has exhausted other options. He also did a better job of communicating with me than any other doctor I have used.
