While Dr. Rothfleisch has always been a pleasure to work with and provides excellent care, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the office experience. I have been a patient for four years, and throughout that time the office staff has consistently been the weakest part of the practice. Patients are often met with attitudes that come across as cold, short, and unwelcoming, creating an uncomfortable experience before even seeing the doctor.
