Dr. Jeremy Rinard was very professional, yet personable & down to earth. He made me feel welcomed & at ease with my many questions & concerns.
He is very busy. He might has good skills but you will not see him often, mostly his nurses. I did not even see him at pre-op appointment. I would appreciate if I am asked some important questions about the operation at pre-op meeting , not 30 minutes before the surgery. Giving patient time to think about the questions like, “if this fails, what you want me to do….etc” 30 minutes before surgery is definitely not enough for me.
