Dr. Kwon and his friendly staff are amazing!! We felt very well taken care of while in their office. They are competent about insurance companies and even called them directly to confirm our coverage. They are gentle and explain everything they plan to do before starting procedures. The equipment was modern and very clean. Hygiene was obviously a high priority as equipment was washed down immediately after use. Made me certain the equipment used on me was sterile and clean.
