Jeremy put in a lot of extra effort for my family. We needed a house on short notice and he ensured we found our dream home in minimal time. Jeremy Kahler and his team (especially Julie) were very helpful in the process of buying our first home. We made things as difficult as possible because we bought from out of state and only had a select few days to actually get out and look at the homes. Jeremy handled this like a pro. I was in a difficult situation--working out of town, Jeremy and his team assisted with obtaining bids for repairs and coordinated the repairs. Communication was always prompt and accurate. Although the property was not the Taj Mahal, Jeremy took it on, and assured that all was done that could be done to present it at its best. It sold right on the projected closing date.
