The Kahler Team is amazing! Jeremy Kahler is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us along every step of the way. His phone and office is always open for questions and concerns. We've owned our home now for a month and he continues to contact us to make sure everything is well. We would recommend him to anyone buying a home!
It is always great working with the Kahler team. The best part is that you don't have just one person working on your behalf you have many. They always figure out a way to accommodate you and give the best customer service in the business. This is our second time doing business with the Kahler team and it will not be our last they are the best around.

I will not use again. Didn't like how anything was handled start to finish. But needed our house to sell. He rarely kept me in the loop. Always wanted us to keep dropping the price every week and didn't care about my thoughts on anything. Rude. Wouldn't recommend.
Jeremy is the best! I feel like he is genuinely on our side and wanting to find us a wonderful home. I would recommend him 100% if you want to find a new home. He know the Black Hills really well and he is on top of all the details.
We hired Jeremy after interviewing multiple real estate companies in the Rapid City area. We felt that the the Kahler team concept would be the most beneficial to us. Never once, since the day we walked into his office, did we ever feel like a number.
Jeremy and his team demonstrated expertise and knowledge in getting me ready for the sale of my home, by bringing in experts at staging and preparation. They researched the local markets and helped me decide on a reasonable asking price. Also when problems arose, such as making needed repairs and remedying deficiencies that helped me greatly, evening to the point of retaining professional services on my behave when I was on vacation. I highly recommend the Kahler team.
